Please join for yoga with a trained volunteer instructor. Yoga is a type of exercise that strengthens and stretches the body through various poses. Yoga techniques can be useful for achieving fitness and prevention of some diseases. Naturopathy can be termed as a holistic approach to healthy living; which can be achieved by following the laws of nature, rules of good conduct and practicing meditation and yoga.
