In 2024, Madison scaled up its operations to include a robust Drop-In Support Services program to address the immediate and short-term needs of community members. Madison provides them with relevant information, resources and referrals to community programs that they could benefit from to support individuals in navigating mental health and social system in an effective way. Newcomers lack information and connection to available resources in the community. Drop- in support program goes along way to ensure that people have access to psychosocial information while they wait to be connected to support services, which often have long waitlists.
Madison collaborated with other partners like Clear Result to provide energy saving kits to low income earners and refer the walk-in clients to various organizations to assess services as per the clients needs
Madison collaborated with other private and Not for profit partners to provide workshops (Virtually and in-person) like financial literacy trainings, coping with mental health challenges, self care, amongst others
