Madison has over 40 years providing mental health case management as a prevention to onset of mental health during and after the illness. Madison works with other partners like TNO, CAMH, Scott mission to provide services like drop in counselling.
Madison prides itself in offering case management support in various languages from Farsi, Spanish, Arabic, Urdu, Pashtun, Amharic, Ukranian, English, Swahili, French and other languages.
Madison offers comprehensive recovery-based case management services to over 500 clients facing mental health challenges from diverse backgrounds. While we serve a wide range of individuals, we have also developed expertise to address specific gaps in the mental health system. This includes providing services to newcomers, as well as Spanish, Farsi, Arabic, and Dari-speaking clients, and those who require high levels of support.
Madison’s Case Managers focus on identifying clients’ needs and establishing goals to ensure that social determinants of health are addressed. We provide support through advocacy, communication, education, facilitation, and the identification of appropriate resources.
